Description
THE RECOMMENDED PLACE TO BEGIN.
A Rope Flow course to take you from complete beginner to advanced roller in 8-weeks.
Every week a new set of challenges and patterns that build upon the last, easy to follow along and split up into 3 stages of development that work from the centre/core outwards.
The 3 stages of development throughout the course: Spine (weeks 1-2), Arms (weeks 3-5), Legs (weeks 6-8). Each stage has unique goals to complete.
Only 15-30 minutes per day - 4 days per week (minimum expected commitment).
20+ Patterns including: Dragon Roll, Matador, Double Dragon, Sneak (overhand & underhand), Sneak Matrix, Hanumans Dance (Tandem Sneak), Ace, Home Run.
All delivered through an app which you get access to for 16 weeks, 8-weeks of unique classes and then 8-weeks to review them all in your own time.
